When you’re living your life and pursuing a career, you tend to find yourself getting lost, especially the ones who are so career focused and time is too precious to waste. Especially, if you are a designer whether it be Fashion, Industrial, Product .etc. .etc.
We all want to be the best, at the top and have our names internationally re-knowned. You become so indulged in your world and worry how you’re going to be the next big thing, that you forget reality and you are constantly living in your dream.
There’s nothing wrong with that.
If you wake up and sleep and wake up again just believing that you are FAME, that you are SUCCESS and that you ARE ambitious and committed to the pathway you have chosen, then you are a winner already. What happens if that’s not enough?
Then, keep going until you are fully recognized by the world.
DREAM DREAM DREAM UNTIL YOU FINALLY WAKE UP INTO THAT DREAM.
“I cannot surround myself with people 24/7 or longer than an hour as I need to reload my creativity battery and need that space to think and dream what the next big thing is. Only great designers will understand there are consequences to doing a job like ours and that’s sacrifice. A true designer will not want to surround themselves with people constantly, but surround themselves with books, sketches and a glass of wine. If they don’t know how to be alone then I guess they fall and never make it. Lonely is our best friend.” - Karl Lagerfeld, Designer for Coco Chanel”—
